Last week, Jered had a huge task. He endured 2 days of intense tryouts to take his soccer skills to the next level. He tried out for the Cary Defenders Travel Soccer Club as a Goalkeeper.
This morning, as I checked my e-mail, I saw that the roster had been posted, and here is what Jered and I saw.
"Thank you to all the players who tried out this year. We had an incredibly difficult time choosing from such a talented pool of players. If this year wasn't your year, please keep playing soccer and come on out again next year."

Jered worked really hard, and he made the Elite Academy Team. We are really proud of him, and I am excited that he will get this opportunity to take his skills to the next level.
