hey Doc is it too late for christmas assistance program....i'm having a bad decade not just a bad day.... there was no contact no. on the sheet.I could use a job too where i can be a mother first and pay my bills.... but if its not to late for the assistance, please call.224.406.1158 its a mail box cuz the phone broke on the other end
