I know some great Americans. They're citizens who sacrificed years and careers and lives to make America this paradise of freedom. Some of them stood at the gates ready to repel any threats. Some of them came back to be barbers and farmers and inventers.
Some of them died to protect me and my family. I'd like to think they were at peace knowing how thankful we would be for their sacrifices. Today I'm taking a little time to say thank you.
