Movie Review... Body of Lies

Body of Lies is a darn good movie.  I liked it especially because there are glimpses into four mideast countries during a time of intense struggle.  Yes, DiCaprio and Crowe are CIA agents, but the director REALLY let you in on the personality vs career paradox.  Jordan's secret service honcho is cast as an exremely interesting person.  Really.  Casting is excellent, and acting is top notch.

Is the story line believable?  I think so.  There's intrigue, truth, vengeance, arrogance, jealousy, there are lies and deaths, and there is humanity.

If this story is really credible, and if the places and situations can come true in our real world, keep me way the heck out of there.  It occurs to me this is the story of an epoch-long war with diverse battlegrounds, and some more real heroes need to step up.  8.5 for educational value.  9.0 for acting.

The author seems to be quite a guy. How about reviewing some more of his work. I'm anxious to read your wonderfully brief and meat-strewn reviews.

Was that the guy from "Gladiator?" He seems like a different guy in this movie.
