The price of oil is high. If I had an oil well, I might sell crude oil for 50 cents per gallon. I could sell all I could pump. I could sell 5 million barrels a day if my little well could produce it. But, one well just can't spew that much.
If I owned 40,000 wells pumping three gallons a minute, I'd have it made. But, I don't own any wells.
If I owned Alaska, I'd be drilling like a mad man. I'd be pumping like crazy. Iran, Saudi Arabia, lots of other Middle East countries, and Venezuela would find themselves back in competition with someone who respects competition.
I wouldn't need my own capital. It's out there, and it's available.
I'd certainly have to educate the environmental idiots and smack the control freak fools. I'd for sure need to keep the panderers after class for a good talking to and put the dunce cap on the DC cowards.
Yes, I'd need to be a school teacher with a big paddle. Apparently there are none now.

There are some good school teachers, but they're tied up by Black Bart and the scaredy cats in Admin.
