Science enthusiast and part time inventor T.B. Scarpacci unveiled a technological marvel in Goshen, Indiana today. Using a unique meshing of crystalographic principles and good old farm physics, Scarpacci created a blanket of 80 degree snow. The environment-friendly snow fell from clouds that formed from lake-effects in this community fifty miles southeast of Lake Michigan .
"All it took was a good seeding at 8,500 feet", advised Scarpacci. "The science is complicated, but application is easy if you can fly a light aircraft about a mile and a half high". "I warned my neighbors that they'd be seeing something really fun. It ain't cottage cheese", he laughed.
Scarpacci says some snow will effuse into the air as spring weather warms things up, but most will disappear during the next rain storm. There is no residue and no effect on plants or animals. Today, the inventor spent six hours enjoying the comfortable 80 degree snow by sipping lemonade teasers and throwing an occasional "hot" snowball.
